Seller Product Guidelines
Want to add some trendy new pieces to your boutique but aren’t sure what’s accepted? We put together some basic guidelines to follow to ensure your products tick all the right boxes.
What To Sell
Aside from a few key restrictions, we want pretty much all of your quality preloved goods! We accept all garments (jackets, dresses, tops, jumpsuits, etc.), gently worn shoes, swimwear, jewelry, and more. If you have a specific item that you’re unsure about - just ask us and we’ll let you know if it’s accepted!
Pssst, we also want to see all different types of styles on our preloved marketplace - streetwear, elegant, workwear, bohemian, vintage, and beyond! Just because you may not see your particular style on our website doesn’t mean you shouldn’t apply to set up your boutique.
High Quality + Excellent Condition
We pride ourselves on having a wide selection of boutiques selling quality clothing with minimal defects and wear. We expect all of our sellers to make sure their products are in tip-top condition and fashionable. That means you shouldn’t list your old hoodies or items that you don’t even think are stylish.
If you’re still unsure of what that entails - take a look at the products currently available on our website and that should give you a better idea of what we’re looking for.
Brand Guidelines
While we don’t have specific brands that we accept on Wisi-Oi Marketplace, we do have a basic list of what’s popular and that we love to see. We encourage our sellers to sell items from mid to higher-end brands like: Zara, H&M, Forever New, Missguided, Topshop, Pretty Little Thing, Urban Outfitters, Adidas, Free People, Naked Wardrobe, and more.
Tying in with our previous point, we’re looking for quality brands. Basically, just don’t list products from lower-end shops with cheap, poor-quality garments.
Luxury Items
We have a strict blanket ban on the sale of all luxury items on our preloved marketplace. They’re too difficult for us to verify and unfortunately, there are a lot of counterfeit goods circulating the web. This means no brands along the lines of Chanel, Gucci, or Prada. If you need some more clarification in regards to what else may fall under this category, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to explain further.
Product Titles + Descriptions
It goes without saying that picking out your items is only half of the job. Writing clear and concise product titles and descriptions is equally as important. Aside from listing the obvious features of each garment, we do expect you to explain sizing if necessary, if the item requires a specific way of cleaning, and complete transparency in regards to any wear or defects it may have.
