How long will my order take to deliver to me?
Every boutique on our website has its own shipping policy and delivery method, so timeframes will vary. You can view the seller’s delivery timeline on each boutique page.
Please note that our sellers currently only ship within South Africa..
How do you charge shipping when shopping between multiple Boutiques?
Each boutique charges its own shipping fee, meaning each order from each boutique will have its own shipping fee.
For example, If you are shopping from 3 boutiques in one order, each boutique will charge its own shipping fee and your order will have 3 shipping fees in it.
Who do I contact regarding my order/delivery?
All queries concerning orders and delivery details should be addressed directly with the boutique/s you’re purchasing from.
If you’re ordering items from multiple boutiques, you’ll need to contact each one individually for information.
Will I pay for shipping for every item in my basket?
No, if all the items in your basket are from the same boutique, you will only pay one (1) shipping fee.
Should you, however, have items from multiple boutiques within your basket, multiple shipping fees from the various boutiques will apply.
How do I purchase items?
To purchase an item, click on the add to bag option on the product page. The item will then be added to your shopping bag. You can easily view your shopping bag and check out by clicking on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner of the page.
If you want to purchase that item quickly, you can select the buy it now option on the product page and it will immediately take you to check out.
Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved while you wait to purchase them, and are still online and available for other people to buy. If you really want an item, it’s important to act fast as there tends to only be one of each style in stock.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept payment through credit/ debit card, instant EFT and Zapper, both of which are completely secure payment platforms.
Collectively, they support all popular payment methods.
I have a problem with my order
If you have any problems with your order or your item is not as described, please directly contact the Boutique you ordered from by heading to their page and clicking the ‘contact’ button.
You can then fill in a basic contact form to inquire about any order problems.

I purchased an item, but haven’t received an email confirmation.
If you have placed an order and paid but still haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your account to ensure it’s correct.
You can do this by heading to account > settings > my details.
If this information is correct and you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting the Boutique.

How do I leave feedback for a Boutique I recently purchased from?
To leave feedback, head over to the Boutique’s page that you purchased from and click on the feedback tab.
There you can leave a score out of 5 stars and a feedback summary for submission.
The Boutique isn’t responding to me, help!
If you have tried to contact the Boutique multiple times regarding an order and they haven’t responded in a reasonable timeframe, please forward your purchase confirmation email to [email protected] describing your query or issue and we’ll get in touch with the Boutique for you.
