WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Congratulations - you’ve received an order on Wisi-Oi Marketplace! But what do you do now?
Start by ensuring ALL items are:
- Washed
- Smelling fresh
- Ironed
- Folded beautifully.
When you receive an order, simply send us a WHATSAPP with your collection address and we will send a courier to collect from you.
All sellers have a strict window of 2 WORKING DAYS to fulfil orders. Should you, for whatever reason be unable to fulfil your order within 2 days, please contact the buyer to inform them about the delay.
Once the courier has collected, simply log into your boutique, select your order, enter the waybill number that we’ll send you and fulfil the order.
HERE'S HOW TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER
STEP 1
Log into your seller portal and hover over the MY ORDERS tab.
Click MY ORDERS in the dropdown menu.
Then click on the 3 dots

STEP 2
Click VIEW

STEP 3
Scroll to the BOTTOM of the order and click "FULFILL"
Make sure to add the:
- Tracking number for your package
- Courier name
- Tracking link
- Courier name
- Tracking link

We recommend following up with your shopper to make sure they have received everything they ordered in a timely manner.
