START BY ENSURING THAT ALL ITEMS ARE:
🧼 Washed🧺 Smelling fresh
🧽 Ironed
👘 Folded beautifully
When you receive an order, simply send us a WHATSAPP before 10am weekdays we will send a courier to collect from you.
⏰ All sellers must fulfill orders within a 2-day window.
⏳ If there's a delay, kindly inform the buyer.
🚚 Once the courier picks up, log in, add the waybill number, and complete the order.

HERE'S HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER
STEP 1
📱Log into your seller portal and hover over the MY ORDERS tab.
📱Click MY ORDERS in the dropdown menu.
📱Then click on the 3 dots & then "view"
📱Then click "Proceed to fulfill the order"
STEP 2
Scroll to the BOTTOM of the order and click "FULFILL"
MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE:
🚚 Tracking number for your package
🚚 Courier name
🚚 Tracking link
🚚 Send the customer tracking notification
