To open your fashion boutique is absolutely FREE.

You can sign up as soon as you have items to load on the site.

For every item purchased, Wisi-Oi Marketplace collects 25% commission.

Payments are made directly into your account TWICE a month.

On the 15th & the last working day of the month.

All orders come with a flat shipping rate of R99, which the buyer pays at checkout.

When the order is shipped, the seller will pay shipping to the value of no more than R99 to send the order to the buyer.

Every twice a month we payout the proceeds of the items sold to the seller, the shipping fee will be included in the payout.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT collect commission on shipping fees.

Wisi-Oi Marketplace ONLY sells male & female clothing & fashion accessories.

Purchasing or selling an item listed on Wisi-Oi Marketplace and paying OUTSIDE of Wisi-Oi Marketplace checkout is considered an offline transaction and is highly PROHIBITED.

Your boutique will be BANNED from the marketplace, meaning you can no longer sell on Wisi-Oi Marketplace.

When a payment is made outside Wisi-Oi Marketplace, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and complete the transaction as promised.

YES , your store can be accessed 24/7 from your smartphone or your computer, so it is your very own business. 

You can control your prices, add & remove products, change images, view orders & contact your shoppers.

Due to the difficulty associated with verifying the authenticity off luxury brand items, we will not approve any of these items on Wisioi marketplace. 

There are too many risks involved if they happen to be counterfeit, so as a general rule we ask that you don’t sell any luxury brand products.

Boutiques who are active in creating & posting content that promote their store, generally see faster sales growth & their store popularity grows too.

SHIPPING

An average boutique delivers within 5-7 working days.

Every boutique on our website has its own shipping policy and delivery method, so timeframes will vary.

You can view the seller’s delivery timeline on each boutique's page. 

Please Note: Our sellers currently only ship within South Africa..

Shipping is a flat fee of R99.

When shopping from more that 1 boutique within the same order, each boutique will charge a flat shipping of R99.

For example, If you are shopping from 3 boutiques in one order, each boutique will charge its own shipping fee and your order will have 3 shipping fees in it. 

All queries concerning orders and delivery details should be addressed directly with the boutique/s you’re purchasing from.

If you’re ordering items from multiple boutiques, you’ll need to contact each one individually for information. 

You may also drop us a WHATSAPP and we assist in getting more info from the seller.

No, if all the items in your basket are from the same boutique, you will only pay one (1) shipping fee. 

Should you, however, have items from multiple boutiques within your basket, multiple shipping fees from the various boutiques will apply.

Simply contact the boutique and arrange to have the item returned to the boutique.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrect or has major defects.

If you have tried to contact the Boutique multiple times regarding an order and they haven’t responded in a reasonable timeframe, please forward your purchase confirmation EMAIL or drop us a WHATSAPP describing your query or issue and we’ll get in touch with the Boutique for you.

If you have any problems with your order or your item is not as described, please directly contact the Boutique you ordered from by heading to their page and clicking the ‘contact’ button.

You can then fill in a basic contact form to inquire about any order problems.

If you have placed an order and paid but still haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your account to ensure it’s correct.

You can do this by heading to account > settings > my details.

If this information is correct and you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting the Boutique.Alternatively, you may drop us a Whatsapp on 071 555 2563 or an EMAIL or Drop us a WHATSAPP at  and we will check for you
