Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days.

However, every boutique on our website has its own shipping policy, so timeframes will vary.

Sellers need about 2 days to prep your order.

We only deliver within South Africa.

Shop with Ease! Pay one shipping fee per seller.

Since sellers are located in different parts of the country 🇿🇦 a shipping fee applies to each seller when ordering from multiple sellers.

1 Seller = 1 Shipping Fee

2 Sellers = 2 Shipping Fees

3 Sellers = 3 Shipping Fees.

Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Remember, return policies vary by seller, so check before you buy!

For any questions about your orders or delivery, reach out directly to the store you're buying from.

If you're shopping from different boutique, just give each one a shout for the info you need.

If everything in your cart is from one (1) boutique, you'll pay just one (1)shipping fee.

But, if you've got goodies from different boutiques in there, you'll have to cover separate shipping fees for each.

Simply contact the store and arrange to have the item returned to the boutique.

To open your fashion boutique is absolutely FREE.

You can sign up as soon as you have items to sell.

When you sell something WISI-Oi, collects 25% of the item's value.

Let's break it down:

If you sell an item for R100, you keep R75, and WISI-Oi keeps R25.

We use these funds to keep the platform tip-top, pay our awesome staff, and cover bank transaction fees.

Your 75%, goes into your seller's wallet after the order is delivered.

Your payout will be paid into your wallet once the order has been recorded as delivered on our system.

Got an order!

Just text the buyer that you're packing it up, then click "Approve Collection" when ready.

The courier will pick it up from you!

We recommend that you send your order out no later than 2 days after the order has been received.

Due to the difficulty associated with verifying the authenticity off luxury brand items, we will not approve any of these items on Wisioi marketplace. 

There are too many risks involved if they happen to be counterfeit, so as a general rule we ask that you don’t sell any luxury brand products.
