WISI-Oi wasn’t fast enough or built to scale, so we’ve created a brand-new platform that’s smarter, safer, and designed to help you sell faster.
Seller Migration FAQ
Kloset Klub is a big upgrade. We built it from the ground up to fix the frustrations of WISI-Oi.
On Kloset Klub, you’ll get:
- Faster uploads
- Safer payments
- Better shipping with Pudo
- Seller dashboards
- Seller ratings to help you build trust and boost sales.
Yes! Your profile, unsold listings, and followers will move automatically.
All you’ll need to do is activate your new account with a few quick steps.
Your unsold listings will move to Kloset Klub but will show up in Drafts.
You’ll need to review and approve each one before it goes live. This way, you can check details, add videos, and make sure your closet looks its best.
❌ If your listings were inactive (your store had no active items), your store will not be moved. You’ll need to start a new store from scratch on Kloset Klub.
This is brand new! Buyers will now be able to rate and review their experience with you.
Great ratings help build trust and make it easier for you to grow your sales.
We’ve added a secure wallet system. For safety, you’ll need to re-enter your bank details once when you set up your account on Kloset Klub.
After that, payouts will be quick, safe, and direct to your account.
If you already have an order in progress, please fulfill it as normal.
We’ll make sure your payout is processed as usual.
Once that’s done, your active listings will be migrated to Kloset Klub so you don’t lose momentum.
Here’s what will happen:
- On 30 September, you’ll receive an email from us with a reset link. Use the same email you used for WISI-Oi.
- Once you log in, all your items will appear in Drafts.
- Then follow these quick steps:
- Reset your password
- Add a profile picture and short store bio
- Add your phone number
- Set your Pudo shipping preference
- Review and publish your Draft listings
- Re-enter your bank details for payouts
And you’re ready to sell on Kloset Klub 🎉
No. Your unsold listings will already be moved for you.
Just review and publish them from Drafts.

WISI-Oi is a completely secure platform backed by the most trusted payment gateways in South Africa.
If you have any problems with your order or your item is not as described, please directly contact the seller you ordered from by heading to their page and clicking the ‘chat’ button on the order.

If you have placed an order and paid but still haven’t received an order confirmation email, please check the email address associated with your account to ensure it’s correct.
You can do this by heading to account > order history.
If this information is correct and you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting the Boutique.

Delivery usually takes 4-5 working days.
However, every boutique on our website has its own shipping policy, so timeframes will vary.
Sellers need about 2 days to prep your order.
We only deliver within South Africa.
Shop with Ease! Pay one shipping fee per seller.
Since sellers are located in different parts of the country 🇿🇦 a shipping fee applies to each seller when ordering from multiple sellers.
1 Seller = 1 Shipping Fee
2 Sellers = 2 Shipping Fees
3 Sellers = 3 Shipping Fees.
Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Remember, return policies vary by seller, so check before you buy!
For any questions about your orders or delivery, reach out directly to the store you're buying from.
If you're shopping from different boutique, just give each one a shout for the info you need.
If everything in your cart is from one (1) boutique, you'll pay just one (1)shipping fee.
But, if you've got goodies from different boutiques in there, you'll have to cover separate shipping fees for each.
Simply contact the store and arrange to have the item returned to the boutique.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is incorrect or has major defects.

To open your fashion boutique is absolutely FREE.
You can sign up as soon as you have items to sell.
When you sell something WISI-Oi, collects 25% of the item's value.
Let's break it down:
If you sell an item for R100, you keep R75, and WISI-Oi keeps R25.
We use these funds to keep the platform tip-top, pay our awesome staff, and cover bank transaction fees.
Your 75%, goes into your seller's wallet after the order is delivered.
Your payout will be paid into your account twice a month.

We recommend that you send your order out no later than 2 days after the order has been received.

Doing deals outside of it is a no-go and will get your boutique banned from WISI-Oi.
When payments are made elsewhere, we can't guarantee both parties will follow through, and we can't ensure your safety.

YES , your store can be accessed 24/7 from your smartphone or your computer, so it is your very own business.
You can control your prices, add & remove products, change images, view orders & contact your shoppers.

Due to the difficulty associated with verifying the authenticity off luxury brand items, we will not approve any of these items on Wisioi marketplace.
There are too many risks involved if they happen to be counterfeit, so as a general rule we ask that you don’t sell any luxury brand products.
